450,000 SF shell building reconstruction to LEED platinum designee status, the first in California. 12KV building distribution modernization. Interior build-out for Eli Lilly and Company to include Vivarium, Biology / robotics laboratories and Laboratory support areas. Construction completed with 50% of building continually tenant occupied.
Applied Molecular Evolution (AME) has been a long term client for Ickler Electric. Beginning with the original buildings, and in 2009 Ickler Electric performed on their expansion to Campus Pointe of 140,000SF. Recent growth allow Ickler Electric to be selected for the new 290,000SF research facility, and San Diego headquarters.
Since February 2004, AME has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company and is an integral part of Lilly's research organization.
